NCHP Honors HACY Members

NCHP Honors two members of of the Housing Authority of the City of Yuma

National Community Health Partners honored two members of the Housing Authority of the City of Yuma Wednesday, September 27, 2017.

Claudia Zavala and Rafael Jubera were given plaques to thank them for their assistance housing homeless veterans through the HUD-VASH program.
